I guess I’m so amazed at the creative talent that scrappers like Laura Denison exhibit, it makes me feel so incapable of being creative at all! Watch this video to see how she took a chewing gum box – that’s right, a chewing gum box – and made a beautiful, tiny mini album to include photos, journaling and other small mementos. The theme of the album focused on her new great-niece, but she says she made the key chain album for her mother.

The small spaces for photos seem so fitting since this particular scrapbook album is about a baby. But for grandmother to have a keychain full of such wonderful treasures will be a keepsake that she will love. Imagine how many times the photos will be shared! Each time she holds the little album she’ll be reminded of her “baby great.”

Inside the album Laura uses small tags that appear to be about the size of the tag that hung from Minnie Pearl’s hat, if that large. I guess you could write a few lines on such a small space or mount a small picture or something, but obviously this is where my creative talents run very thin.
